Marketing Automation Manager

We’re seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to lead and execute our inbound marketing and marketing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms

Your responsibilities:

– Develop and execute global inbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversions.

– Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes using HubSpot or similar platforms.

– Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.

– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

– Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

– Conduct SEO optimization, keyword research, and implement on-page/off-page strategies to improve organic traffic.

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Your qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

– Strong understanding of inbound marketing and marketing automation using tools like HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot.

– Good understanding of SEO, content strategy, and lead generation tactics.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

– Excellent English writing and communication skills.

– HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing) are a plus.
